Mountains to Sea - Nga Ara Tuhono - from $870 per person

Cycle from Mt Ruapehu to the Tasman Sea. Typically cycled over 4-6 days, the Mountains to Sea Trail is growing in popularity, now you can leave your vehicle at the end and tie in a helicopter transfer to the start of the Trail.

Leave your vehicle securely parked at Whanganui Airport and take a scenic helicopter flight, with your bikes, from Whanganui to Mt Ruapehu. You'll be dropped in Ohakune and take a short shuttle to Turoa Ski Field where the biking begins!

Two Day Mangapurua Track - from $1200 per person

This all-inclusdive two-day adventure has it all! 

Day 1: A stunning helicopter flight will take you, and your bikes, from Whanganui on the Tasman Sea coast to the start of the Mangapurua Track. This section of the Mountains to Sea trail takes your over remote farmland and through native bush before you cross the iconic Bridge to Nowhere. A jetboat waits to take you to the Bridge to Nowhere Lodge, your remote lodge accomodation perched high above the Whanganui River.

Day 2: Starts with a short jetboat trip to the beginning of the Whanganui River Road. This sealed road follows the mighty Whanganui River through a number of small villages steeped in history. Cross the river at Upokongaro bridge a ride the amoungst the trees into Whanganui and the Tasman Sea.

One Day Whanganui River Road - from $590 per person

Start the day with a beautiful scenic helicopter flight where you will be dropped with your bikes in Pipiriki - the start of the Whanganui River Road.

The 70km sealed road follows the edge of the mighty Whanganui River through several quaint villages, steeped in history, and brings you out in the beautiful city of Whanganui.
